"This motel from the outside and the neighborhood closed stores doesn't look so great. Then when you enter the lobby you see clean carpets, tables, counters, hallways, pool, and the hot tub. It smells really clean!! Lady at desk is friendly. We parked right outside our room so it was easy to take stuff in. The room is very clean! Beds were soft. Bathroom is small but clean. The air conditioner worked great and was not annoying. I will absolutely stay here again on our way to the coast!"

"The hotel is older, but very well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are several options for dining within easybwalking distance. During the spring and summer months there is an excellent BBQ stand setup up in the parking lot most Mondays through Saturday for breakfast, lunch and early dinner."

"All the staff were very courteous, kind, and helpful. The hotel courtyard was beautiful, peaceful, and clean. There were colorful and fragrant flowers hanging in baskets along the railing and walkways that were magnificent and delightful to smell. The room was clean and well-stocked and the furniture was in good shape. The HVAC worked well and we were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this establishment."

"Good value budget hotel. Very clean, good location - 20 minute easy walk or 5 minute drive to downtown or campus. A little dated but price reflects that. "
