"Pius - Oceanfront rooms at a GR8 price. Full kitchen, outside deck with a couple of chairs & table. Big, nice sitting area with sofa & chair. Nice, small restaurant & bar on-site, breakfast, lunch & dinner served. EZ beach access. Neg - Could have been cleaner, carpets, undersink cabinets. Bathroom was clean. On the weekend very noisy with lots of kids screaming, exotic birds screeching. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful beach getaway, skip the weekends. If you are a family highly recommend as they have a huge indoor atrium with exotic animals, pool & hot tubs to keep the kids busy, especially if the weather keeps you indoors. My wife & I will come back, just not on a weekend."

"Beautiful view of the beach. Room was very clean. Our jetted tub didn’t work (maybe we weren’t using it correctly). Great location on the boardwalk with view of the classic car parade. The best part were the breakfasts and our server Gabriel. He was so thoughtful and did everything in his power to make sure our breakfast experience was perfect, and he was very good at it. Highly recommend."

"Everything was excellent except the bad very uncomfortable to sleep in. Mattress needs to be changed."

"My original room the AC was broken brought it to the manager at the front desk and she dismissed me because she didn’t want to move me to a upper level room since I was on the ground floor facing the pool. I was suggested to open the door and put a fan in the doorway to get cooled off because the room was 76°. I expressed my concerns for safety and it seemed like she didn’t care because she was worried about the money instead of her customers happiness."

"The door to our balcony wouldn't open. We got moved to another room and the door to the room would not shut. Very annoying. The staff seemed to not care. You can hear everything from all your neighbors. The view was nice."
