We had such an amazing time at the hummingbird inn. Eric and Mary were magnificent hosts who treated us like family. The free breakfast each morning was phenomenal, the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. You can tell Eric and his staff take great pride in offering a truly unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back.

The Hummingbird Inn is a Ritz Carlton (service wise) disguised as a BnB. It’s cute, has charm, but moreover, you immediately feel a sincere sense of welcome. And the breakfast is first rate. Well done Mary and Eric!

A must stay on the Eastern Shore

What a lovely Victorian home B&B to stay in when visiting Easton. The owners go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, but evenings on the front porch are truly special.

Wonderful bed and breakfast! Eric and his staff are kind, friendly and attentive. The property is beautiful and very close to downtown attractions. This is absolutely the perfect place to stay in Easton. The building is classic but fully renovated, is the epitome of a what a Bed&Breakfast should be. Excellent service, the breakfast is fantastic and the staff is friendly and engaging. the location is perfect can walk to all of the downtown shops and restaurants. Expansive porch, garden, lots of places to sit and relax. Off-street parking lot is a bonus.

My partner and I booked this property for a quick one night getaway to explore Easton. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we were greeted warmly like old friends by Mary. As a same-sex couple, we are accustomed to being treated as either a nuisance to be tolerated or a minority to patronize. Neither of those things happened. At the Hummingbird, we are not only welcome, but we are treated as normal, wanted, and family. Our room, and the entire inn, were welcoming, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. Eric, the owner and host, was friendly and accommodating. The Charm Bar, located inside the Hummingbird, had a wonderful and friendly vibe, with delicious drinks made by Val. We were so sad to have only had one night, and we are looking forward to coming back to the Hummingbird Inn soon!
