We quickly overcame a booking misunderstanding, to mutual satisfaction, and Giovanni was most helpful in every way (even checking our tyre pressures to resolve a warning on the car dashboard). "Bella struttura vicino al centro di Giarre comodo il parcheggio nel cortile bella la piscina interna e molto gentile e accogliente Simona. Purtroppo tante anche le cose che non andavano innanzitutto il letto scomodissimo (due materassi singoli su un letto matrimoniale che continuavano a staccarsi e uscivano dalle doghe)…la finestra dava sulla strada principale e pessimo l’ isolamento acustico….l’aria condizionata sparava proprio sul letto rendendo impossibile l’ utilizzo, scarico del bagno...

It is a bit noisy but that is because of the proximity to popular pedestrian streets. Our only disappointment was that the air conditioning in our room (203) did not work and it was uncomfortably warm. "
