โThis is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. Front desk was exceptional! Ivana made everything easy and provided detailed information about what to see and do. This is a beautiful property, and we had a beautiful room!! However, the staff is the best part about this property. They are kind and helpful. All the staff is great. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it very much. Hope to return. โ

When I arrived in the morning to leave my luggage, the desk person gave me the information about the city bus but did not check the schedule, nor did not call to confirm. โHotel is amazing, so many antiques and curiosityโs to look at. Very much old fashioned style. Stunning views, quiet location. Book an Etna view room as away from the road. Lots of choice for breakfast and the hotel restaurant just up the road, La Caverna is wonderful. From the pool, reception and the restaurant staff I really canโt fault them. This really is a wonderful hotel. A short walk up a hill is Castelmola for beautiful shops bars and lovely for a drink in the evening. Bus stop outside...
โIt was very comfortable and relaxed stay in Carlotta. We could feel that they greeted in heart and all hotel staffs remember our small preference even for the coffee style. Especially I hope you can have a chance to visit roof top restaurant in the morning for a breakfast or for the dinner. It is awesome, view, atmosphere, service and taste. they serves many kinds of dishes in the morning but at the same time it was really full of sincere. You should visit Carlotta!!โ

The staff at Hotel Metropole in Taormina was outstanding & I cannot say enough good things about Marie, Lucia, Irene & Amber at the lobby desk.
