The Village Lodge

"The room had all we needed to stay for 3 nights. We cooked one night and there was plenty of pots and pans. The Chargers in the parking garage were easy to get to and plentiful. Just steps from the shops and restaurants in the Village."

"Great option in Bishop! The room had a few minor blemishes which doesn’t shock me given it’s an older building. That said, the staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, just really could tell they were happy to have me and happy to help. I’ve been to some 5-star resorts that could learn a thing or two from the Bishop Motel 6 staff!"

"Me encantó el lugar. La atención, limpieza. Sin embargo, la habitación no tenía ventana, al no tener aire acondicionado, no había ventilación o brisa fresca que pudiera entrar a la habitación. Si tenía un abanico, tuvimos que usarlo. Pero hubiera sido ideal que pudiera tener alguna ventana."

"There should be early check-in if the room is ready. Got there at 2 PM and there’s a sign that says come back at 4 PM. Front desk receptionist came in at 3 PM and was told to come back at 4 PM. Don’t quite understand the logic."

"Clean place … pool area well kept for some relaxation. The lobby is vintage and great. Walking distance to nice restaurants and Leslie up front is a fountain of useful information and tips. I’ll be back !"
