"Great location next to waterfall and close to centre of town. The hotel buildings and rooms are much better than the website pictures. Enjoyed the pool, spa and breakfast and even had a massage. Really enjoyed our stay."

"All the food was great and extremely fresh- straight from the garden outside of our room. Service was great, as well as the deep tissue massage at the spa. One thing that could be improved is the number of flies in the eating areas; we were often spending meals swatting them away."

"En general son muy bonitas instalaciones el desayuno excelente y el personal del comedor muy amable y eficiente. Lo malo que para que te asignen las habitaciones que tienen ventana hacia un lado del edificio debías pagar usd 35 por noche (una locura) segun ellos porque tenían balcón como si fuera con vista al mar, las toallas rotas, papel higiénico escaso y lo mismo el Jabón de tocador. Se debe mejorar porque el precio es alto por lo que no se puede cometer este tipo de errores. Nota: no me permitr subir imágenes para demostrar lo dicho"

"Beautiful place! So peaceful and with the best view ever! Lovely staff, they accommodated our breakfast to vegan options with no problem and suggested alternatives. The room was dreamy, and the suggested tours were superb! 100% recommended. Will definitely go back!"

"I had an amazing solo stay at Deluxe Volcán. The room was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but the real highlight was the breathtaking panoramic view over Baños. Relaxing in the bathtub while looking out over the mountains and the town was unforgettable. The floor to ceiling windows made it feel like the scenery was part of the room. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I got lost twice while hiking a nearby waterfall, and both times they came to pick me up without hesitation. Their kindness and willingness to help went above and beyond and made me feel truly cared for. This was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Baños, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌄"

"Directly in Cuenca el centere. Perfect for walking. Go to the street vendors and grab some authentic Ecuadorian street food in the evening. Very friendly staff. Building was well kept and clean though a bit noisy. Beautiful old hardwood floors announced every visitor. There is on-site parking for about $4 overnight. A lovely light breakfast was provided"
