“The property is well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, but most of all I felt very safe. The communication level however at first could've been better. The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. However, if you don't have a car, if you don't have any plan to rent a car, if you expect hotel service including breakfast or any other thing, I strongly recommend not to take this Casa Tianna.
