"I was unable to get any response from the host despite over 7 attempts during the day to get the access code or advise them of my time of arrival as advised by Hotels.com.
This meant I was unable to access/use the apartment I paid for. Following a complaint outlining times/how I attempted to contact the host I was advised I was getting no refund with no justification.
This feels unacceptable."
