Starting off this hotel has amazing staff. I truly felt so safe and cared for during our stay. Prem and Kate were absolutely the best, they gave us some welcome sweets when we checked in which my brothers really enjoyed and asked if we needed any recommendations. They were so nice and as someone traveling with my two younger siblings it was nice to know we were taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, I was reluctant at first because of all the reviews but this hotel was nothing like the reviews I saw. It was super clean and close to the royal mile and sights while still having a sense of peace and calm. The Waverly train station is about 5 min down the road and the airlink is also right there as well. Super convenient location to arrive from the airport. Amazing stay. Thank you Nyx hotel!

We didn’t end up staying at the nyx as the hotel was still under construction, but we were automatically moved to the Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh, which was a lovely hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking a transfer to the hotel for an early flight out and the hotel was close to many sights in Edinburgh.

I did not in fact stay at Nyx, but the Leonardo next door. Nyx had not yet opened and no one told me or notified me I would in fact be staying at a different hotel. We came earlier, but had we arrived later on I would probably not have accidentally met some of the future staff at Nyx to find out the situation. They didn’t seem to care at all about this and just nonchalantly said sorry. The Leonardo however was lovely and I really recommend! Friendly and helpful staff, clean, safe and modern.

The hotel hadn’t opened. We hadn’t been notified of the delay. If we hadn’t arrived on the Friday we wouldn’t have known where to go as there weren’t any staff in over the weekend

We were booked for the NYX having stayed in the one at London Holborn and loving it.,We were disappointed to learn the NYX in Edinburgh was not open and we would be accommodated in the Leonardo Royal next door. The hotel was ok but not what we were expecting having booked a new modern hotel. The rooms were extremely warm with one of our rooms aircon not working resulting in poor sleep. We were advised drinks vouchers would be provided however there was no sign of these. While the staff were very pleasant sadly our stay was a disappointing experience compared to what we had booked and expected.

Hotel isn't open as it is still under construction, money was taken, got to the hotel late on Friday night to find that the hotel was closed. Had no hotel and no refund. It has been extremely upsetting and hassle to try and get a refund.

The NYX Edinburgh was a true Gem of a hotel! It was perfectly located right below the royal mile close to everything you want to see. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the decore, it was fun. The room was beautiful and the bed was beyond comfortable. The shower was Amazing and the products they have are fantastic. We can’t wait to come back to Edinburgh and will be staying at the NYX again without a second thought.

A localização é muito boa, a pouca distância das atrações principais e com bons acessos. O hotel foi renovado recentemente. Os quartos têm bom aspeto. Contudo, o espaço torna-se reduzido para três adultos (o quarto tinha uma cama de casal e uma cama individual). A casa de banho também era um pouco apertada. De uma forma geral, o espaço estava limpo, mas nota-se alguma falta de cuidado. O pequeno almoço era pouco variado e a limpeza do espaço deixava um pouco a desejar. O staff era simpático, mas pareceu pouco preparado para desempenhar as suas funções.

The NYX was renovated a week prior to checking in. Very clean, lively atmosphere with excellent helpful staff. Katryna at the front desk was extremely nice to deal with. Hotel location is central with walking distance to everything. Bedroom although a lil small was comfortable with rainfall shower facilities. Overall a great stay!

O Hotel Nyx não está aberto, ainda está em construção. Vc reserva um hotel moderno e novo e acaba hospedado no hotel antigo e bem gasto ao lado (Leonardo Royal). E ainda me colocaram em um quarto com vista para a obra do futuro hotel Nyx. O Hotel Leonardo não é ruim, mas não foi por ele que paguei
