“The staff was amazing! My daughter got sick in the night. The staff was quick to replace the bedding. And brought extra blankets and water. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful”

“Overall not bad. Could use an upgrade, especially beds and overall maintenance. The room cleanliness isn’t bad- the hallways and other parts of the hotel could be cleaner. The slide in the pool was struggling to work. The bathroom is quite damp & small even with the fan on.”

“Rooms are not suited for families with kids.”

“The hotel is dated and is under renovation. We were very disappointed in Expedia that this was not noted on the website as we paid a substantial rate for this stay. The positive was that the staff were very apologetic and accommodating.”

“Basic but clean accomodations, close to ammenities, quiet. I felt it was inconvenient to be on a different floor than the showers and bathrooms for my gender. Otherwise a very good place to stay.”

“The staff are very professional and courteous.”
