Locks on the rooms did not work. Locks to the balcony did not work. Had to barricade both doors nightly, zero sense of security. Host was not communicative or responsive to messages. Other than that, amenities were excellent, and everything was clean. The space itself was incredibly comfortable.

It was quiet. The bed is a small Queen/Full size, but we know this is common when we travel to Canada. When we arrived there were two "bath towels" neither of which were fit to be called towels. One was bleach stained (no, not tie dyed LOL), which we used as a bath mat, and the other was stained and frayed. I texted them and asked for towels, they answered promptly. The next morning there were towels outside the door in a bag. Two more towels suitable to be bath towels and four hand towels. One was frayed and one had holes in it. There was random silverware and dishes in the kitchen. The bathroom had one bottle of Men's 2 in 1 and I think a bottle of Body wash and nothing else. What I try to do for my guest's is better than what they did. Definitely needs some fixing up. The people who are managing the property need to travel(to get an idea of basic amenities) or take a class in the basics to run a VRBO.

That I stayed 1 night informed them I was leaving to check out as I had a sick child then I was told I needed to contact them I had messaged the contact person I had talked to the night before as I was locked out of my room when I went to my car then was charged for the full stay and was told it was like going to the movie theatre then tried calling the number I was given was not a phone number and then called Expedia and said they also tried and was unsuccessful so I stayed 1 night was locked out of my room for 30 minutes had to disturb my neighbours and was charged for 3 nights even though they were informed I will not be staying here again
