HUGE rooms for a fraction of the price at the Fairmont Hotel next door. We had a gorgeous view of the river. The hotel has a wonderful outdoor patio along the river with stunning view. Great place for drinks or breakfast. Highly recommended.

Amazing from start to finish! Incredible views if you get a room overlooking the river. The parking is a bit tricky as it is not owned by the hotel. I had read the reviews about getting ticketed before you even got the chance to check in, so I had my husband sit in the car while I got us checked in and registered the vehicle so we didn’t run into that problem! There was a bit of confusion about the free breakfast that was offered when I booked the hotel. It hadn’t shown it was included when I checked in, so I just provided my confirmation email stating it was indeed included. And btw, the buffet breakfast is incredible! Fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, bacon, eggs, so much to choose from! We’ll definitely return!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Courtyard Edmonton Downtown while celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary! From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. We were welcomed with delicious snacks and a beautiful handwritten congratulations card, such a thoughtful and personal touch that truly made us feel valued and appreciated. The hotel itself was fantastic. Our room had a beautiful view, the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, and every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories on this milestone anniversary. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Edmonton and highly recommend Courtyard Edmonton Downtown to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely view of the river. The only drawbacks were the small closet, which didn’t close properly, and the only breakfast option was the buffet. This property is located within easy walking distance of many restaurants and downtown attractions.
