Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a ton of variety and tasted great. Free parking. My kid got sick and the staff were FANTASTIC about anything we needed. The pull out bed had seen better days and one elevator was out of order twice during our stay. But we will be back. They even allowed us to claim our choice passes to WEM before we checked in.

The hotel is a great location for the west end area. Very close to west Ed and other attractions. Good parking at the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were updated and very clean, bathrooms are large and showers are nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was nice and quiet. We’re able to enjoy the pool and small game room. Breakfast was good and options for everyone. Good hotel for a family.

Clean large room with a comfortable bed. We upgraded to the separate tub and shower room and were not disappointed! The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk lady!
