We have been going to this hotel since it opened. It was kept so clean and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast area was stocked. This time the bedsheets need replacing and so do the towels. The breakfast area coffee was terrible and never full. The staff looked bored and annoyed when we talked to them. Someone in a Mercedes took 2 parking spots right at the front and never moved the 3 days we were there. I don’t think we will be back.

The entire experience was very nice regarding the hotel and staff. The issue was the teams that stayed over the weekend. The boys were knocking on doors and running down the halls until midnight. A suggestion would be have all the team members and their families one separate floor to minimize the late night activities. I know it is difficult to arrange but parents need to control their children especially during the later hours.
