Our stay at the Travelodge was generally good. The room was comfortable and the breakfast, while limited in variety, was still okay. However, the overall facility felt somewhat old and in need of updating. A major issue arose with the billing process. We were charged three full payments on our credit card. When we raised this with the front desk, we were assured that the charges would correct themselves upon checkout. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and we are now having to work with our bank to get the additional charges reversed. Regrettably, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a less-than-satisfactory experience with Travelodge.
