My husband and I were overwhelmingly impressed with this place. Our room was recently updated and was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had an issue connecting to the wifi and the owners spent two hours with us to resolve the issue. This was after the office officially closed. We have never encountered such an amazing commitment to customer service anywhere else. And the coffee from that nespresso machine with fresh cream in the frig...well, just unbelieveable. Beautiful hotel, eager staff we had a wonderful stay, best sleep on great beds and pillows. Everything was wonderful EXCEPT NO HOT WATER HAD TO TAKE A COLD SHOWER. Staff knew it was a problem but said nothing until I mentioned it. I think they should tell people before they check in there was not hot water for bathing. Having a hot shower is why we use hotels instead of camping.

This is the 3rd time I stayed while travelling from Ont to NS. It is a clean , basic hotel with free parking. Nothing fancy but very clean and warm on a very cold spring night
