I would like to reiterate my request for a refund for the second night of the reservation, which was not used. The booking was made for my sister, her husband and daughter, and my brother-in-lawโs brother. After checking in late the first evening, they found the conditions unacceptable and were told by the hotel staffโin their native languageโthat a refund would be possible through Expedia.
They checked out immediately and I arranged and booked alternative accommodations for them in Atlanta via Expedia the very next day, which you can also verify under my account.
As a loyal Expedia customer who relies on your service to help navigate unfamiliar destinations, I trust your recommendations when selecting accommodations. In this instance, the experience fell far short of expectations, and I believe it is reasonable to expect a refund for the unused portion of the stayโespecially since your team has escalated concerns regarding service quality to the hotel.
I kindly ask you to re-review this matter, and either escalate the case further or offer Expedia credit if a full refund is not possible at this time. I have consistently used Expedia for my travel needs and would like to continue doing so with confidence in your customer care.
