Excellent customer service from the hotel staff and I appreciated the fact that there is a CVS pharmacy at Treasure Island. The food and service at Phil’s Steakhouse at TI was amazing. The room was not as clean as I expected, the carpet felt dirty and sticky, and the bathroom was outdated and had a stench. The complimentary breakfast was so terrible, we did it once and was willing to pay for breakfast thereafter. Otherwise, the hotel’s location was perfect for access to the strip and the Sphere.

This is our favorite and go-to place as we do not gamble and the location is unbeatable. Would appreciate some kitchenware rather than having to request from housekeeping. Brought our own paper plates/cups etc just for microwaving leftovers.
