"I was little late for my arrival due to delay in flight. When i had called up the hotel. The staff were so polite to take the message and confirmed. Upon my arrival all docs were ready and just need to sign. Room was nice and comfortable. Only issue the view area from window was to the aircon unit. No view to anything else"

"nice and clean serviced apartments. ambiance might not be appealing like a hotel. had to wait for security clearances for entry, but that's highly appreciable for the benefit for a safer stay. Very nice and friendly staffs. In house food service and quality too was nice. To summarize, you could imagine a star hotel service with a personal butler at a cheaper price."

"Even though I faced issue with flies and mosquitoes in the room, they were very quick to change my room. A very helpful staff who went out of their way to give me meals even after the lunch time had run out. "

"They had canceled our booking and stated that there was a price difference, which I was already paid 1516rs around. They charged me extra 1250 rs for asking to arrange for other room, they said they had conveyed the cancellation message after almost few days of booking, which I didn’t recognised and they pointed all the blame over me. Hotel is good but they do these stuff and charge the people which is totally not agreeable. I am not at all satisfied with the deal."

"A nice hotel, very close to Egmore railway station. Room was a good size and clean as was the bathroom. AC worked well as did the TV and fan, with hot water available in the bathroom. Good Wifi connection. Breakfas was buffet style served on the top floor, which was good. My only negative comment would be that my room was on the 1 St floor, literally as you come up the stairs and so is open to the noise from the reception area. "This hotel doesn't even deserve 3 stars. It doesn't really smell good, the sheets and pillows are dirty. The rooms smell really bad, however the reception staff are friendly. I do not recommend this establishment. I was in a hurry to leave him."
