"Rooms need either air conditioning or better ceiling fans. When it gets hot, there is no way to get proper airflow. If you open the windows, the insects will come inside your room. Please also add a microwave to the rooms. Shower was clogged with hair and the water could not evacuate. I had to unclog the shower otherwise the water level would have risen and gone into the bedroom area."
"This is one of the best boutique hotels we've stayed in. The rooms with the panoramic windows are excellent and worth the slight extra cost. The downstairs common areas are excellent and fun. And you cannot beat the location. Highly recommended."
"The room was the perfect size and the facilities are all well maintained. The room had A/C but it was not as necessary to have since the windows could open (Lüften) at night. The city got quiet around 11:00PM or 23:00. Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend it!"

The staff were generally friendly, although we did overhear a conversation where one member of staff was the opposite of friendly. Otherwise, staff were just wonderful.
