The room was spotless and cleaning staff were delightful and eager to assist.
Other staff, including front desk, dining room, restaurant and concierge were unhelpful, disinterested and occasionally surly
A first rate stay in Eilat. Beachfront. Easy walk to promenade and the water. Hotel pools are plentiful and cooling. Very roomy accommodation, comfortable bed, large bathroom, enough for two. Plenty of closet space. Balcony to sit on any time of day gives a great view of Eilat and Aqaba. Breakfast to suit any palate. Would stay again.
The reception staff not very friendly/amenable
The room according to your description should have had an accessible bathtub. All rooms of this grade only had showers with no handrails.
Asked for a room with bathtub wanted over £100 extra per night!
The room which was quite spacious had 3 steps on entering the room! No warning signs nor from staff.
And had 3 dark steps from the bedroom into the lounge.
Being positive the restarant breakfast and the staff there were excellent and attentive.
In conclusion - hotel excellent except for no bathtub and the potential dangerous 2 sets of steps inside room and had we known would not have t booked the room.
I really like the big bucket with free ice and plastic bags that you can take with you to the beach due to the high temperatures it was pretty convenient having ice with us at all times
We stayed with our 3 year old son and enjoyed the pool, the beach and dining room. There is a toddler game room which was very lovely too.
The staff were all welcoming and helpful.
It was our anniversary and on our first night there was some kind of a party with loud noise until 1 am. The next morning we complained and they moved us to a wonderful suite with a huge balcony with a hot tub and a beautiful view of the beach. We were pleasantly surprised and appreciated the service. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we experienced. A beautiful hotel and will certainly come back if we have a chance.

There was no air conditioning when we got there. We asked for a new room. They would not help us. One night the electricity went off for hours. Customer services ce was awful.
Great location, beautiful view from the nice room. There is almost no parking in the building, but a nice paid lot across the street. We could’ve saved a lot of time if the staff was even the slightest helpful, but despite asking on 3 separate occasions, they were not helpful and we had to figure it out ourselves. Shocking actually. Otherwise great
We booked what was supposed to be a new and modern suite, but when we arrived, everything looked very old-fashioned. During our five-day stay, the sink got blocked twice, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly.
They promised us parking, but when we got there, they said there weren’t enough spots available, so we had to find parking ourselves and pay extra every day.
The staff were not very friendly. It felt like they only paid attention to certain guests, especially those who seemed more "high class." Overall, this really affected our vacation and left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

Cold swimming pool
I have stayed at the Royal Beach for over 20 years. This year pool was cold. I spoke to manager on the first day and said I would move hotel if they weren’t going to heat it. I was told they were heating it but it remained cold. I then moved to Dan Eilat which had a heated pool. 6 days of holiday was ruined for my children. Royal Beach has lost a loyal customer.

The staff has no experience how to treat a guest with respect. upon our arrive our room wasn’t clean and then on the next day I asked the housekeeper that was cleaning our room to take a better care on the cleaning and I give him a tip. definitely this hotel is not a four star maybe 3 star they only started treating us good once we started complaining definitely this is not professional. I wish that everyone that chose this hotel know what to expect!!!
The check-in was straightforward - the front desk staff were varied (some were helpful, friendly - others were standoffish and some even playing on their phones while people waited) - the pool area is magnificent, but the water a bit too cold - the breakfast was delicious and had a very large variety of items. My biggest complaint is the noise level as the hotel is directly on the promenade, it got very loud particularly at night. Construction projects on the promenade with loud noises, beeping equipment at 11pm/midnight were going on during our stay. We called the front desk but were told there was nothing they could do about it. Better sound-proofing (windows, doors) is advised.
The entire hotel staff is amazing. They are attentive to you from the minute you check in to the minute you check out.
The facilities are amazingly beautiful! The 16 story atrium is impressive.
The pool area is gorgeous with terraced lounge chair levels, so everyone gets a clear view of the pool with waterfalls and a grotto.
Most importantly… the food! The kitchen staff is unbelievable! The food is five ***** star quality. All breads, pastries, & desserts are baked and made fresh everyday!
The buffet dinner and breakfast at the Vista Restaurant gives you so many choices to eat. All fresh and delicious!
The outdoor dining areas above and around the pool give you many options to eat.
The rooms are furnished with what I would say “ sophisticated elegance. Absolutely Beautiful !!! The bathrooms are stunning.
The balcony views are amazing.
Ten minutes after I arrived and checked into my room, I received a knock on my door. It was hotel staff delivering fresh apples, dates and a welcome note.
First class all the way!
I can’t wait to return here for another vacation. Only next time, it will be for a longer time!
Mon mari a ete malade 4 jours.
