โWe stayed in two different rooms. The first room was on the top floor and very small with a slanted ceiling and the bed was a small double bed so we werenโt that comfortable. The second night we stayed in one of the bigger deluxe rooms on the first floor, which was much nicer. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. โ
โGreat, comfortable room with a beautiful view across the loch. A pity that the left window wasnโt cleaned and was covered in salt spray.
Restaurant menu was unexciting but our fish and chips were fresh and well cooked.โ
โA beautiful hotel with grand high ceilings and an eccentric historical townhouse charm. Perfectly located right on the shore of Loch Maree, with private lake access. Our room was peaceful and quiet, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The host was exceptionally friendly, warm and accommodating, adding a welcoming atmosphere to both the hotel and its cosy bar. He went out of his way to meet our requests, making us feel truly cared for. Easily our best experience on the NC500. โ
