The staff were extremly welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel has a great vibe with all the bars and restaurants located within. Breakfast was amazing, the choice of food and drink was excellent. Great hotel. Close to shopping which is great. There is a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and kettle. Far enough from the busy streets of Hamburg but closed enough to get to easily.. great amenities. Would stay at again if in the area.
