"In the hotel industry, it is often said that the reception desk is the heart of the hotel. Unfortunately, in this case, this heart is not functioning as it should.
From our very first contact with the reception team, we experienced a very unprofessional approach. A young receptionist with long black hair tied in a ponytail was unfriendly, cold, and showed a lack of respect towards the guest. Instead of a feeling of hospitality, we experienced an unpleasant atmosphere, which unfortunately affected our overall impression of the stay.

The food is very tasty, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the entertainment is very well organised, and the swimming pool is a great asset of this place. Another major advantage is the hotel’s perfect location — directly on the Dead Sea, creating a unique atmosphere and allowing guests to fully enjoy the beauty of this region.
The hotel has everything needed to create wonderful memories and encourage guests to return. Unfortunately, the first impression and the interaction with the reception team left a significant disappointment. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of servi"
