The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). The room was beautifully designed—simple yet elegant—with striking Middle Eastern-style block walls that added a unique, majestic charm. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the German Colony, with easy access to everything. A special thanks to the family who owns and runs the property—their kindness and hospitality made the stay truly memorable. "Great stay at Kedem Hotel! Beautiful rooms, nice pool (although small), nice area, nice hiking options from the hotel, tasty breakfast, great staff, very accommodating and helpful (I wanted to have a few surprises in the room for my husband’s birthday and they helped with everything, they also helped with restaurant recommendations in the area), good massage. The view includes not only nature but also some buildings and a farm and some tractors, and the music from the pool and the animal noises do permeate the room window (facing the pool). "
