Ordentliche Pension mit allem was für einen Kurzaufenthalt mitten in der City nötig ist. Ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick in den Hof.

Pension ist zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen. Eigene Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden. Man kann in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (Karl-Marx-Straße, neben dem Griechen) für 6 € von 8-18 Uhr parken, der Rest des Tages ist freies Parken. Das sind wenige Minuten bis zur Pension. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das zur Pension gehörige Restaurant Michelangelo - sehr gutes Essen! Die Pension ist preiswert in alle Einrichtungen waren in Ordnung. Kaffee gibt es an einem Automaten, der im Treppenhaus steht (nur 0,50 €). Na klar, es ist kein Luxushotel. Darüber muss man sich im klaren sein, aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfanden wir als Top.

Wir hatten leider Schwierigkeiten mit dem Check-In, die Rezeption war unbesetzt und unter den angegebenen Telefonnummern konnte man niemanden erreichen. Nach etwas Warten und mehrfachen Anrufversuchen kam dann endlich jemand. Wir brachten unsere Sachen ins Apartment und erkundeten die Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Schlüssel für das Apartment bekommen, der jedoch nicht für die Eingangstür gedacht war. Weshalb wir abends vor verschlossener Tür standen und wieder versuchten alle möglichen Nummern der Unterkunft anzurufen. Erst nachdem ich in den Hinterhof lief, kam jemand und öffnete uns die Tür. Im Zimmer angekommen, mussten wir feststellen, dass die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Insgesamt war das absolut kein schöner Aufenthalt, die Nacht war kalt, es war nicht besonders sauber und das Bad roch ziemlich unangenehm.

Das Bad war dreckig und in der Dusche war Schwarzer Schimmel. Die Brause war komplett verkalkt und anderweitig dreckig. Man konnte vom Zimmer aus alles im Flur hören. Die Schlüsselabgabe (Check-Out) sollte durch einen Briefkasten geschehen. Dieser war nicht verschlossen und jeder konnte darauf Zugriff erhalten. Zudem war die Pension dauerhaft offen. Jeder konnte ohne Probleme eintreten. (Tür war permanent offen) Der Preis war selbst dafür zu hoch!

Es war alles in Ordnung. Preis Leistung passend. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber . Zimmer zur Straße recht laut. Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen, es gibt sogar einen Rabatt
