โGreat clean room in the good location. But, why do we get the tough and unkind attitude from the staff of the front desk? I showed my intention to take message, but the guy in the front desk said, "Do you have the time of the message?" Ridiculous. I decide. Why did the staff give that kind of unacceptable response? If I were hus boss, I would fire him. I decided not to spend any money at this hotel.

โI was charged $100 more than the room cost when i checked in to just hold, then didnt get refund when i checked out. I asked to hotel via hotels.com and the hotel explained that i had ordered $100 breakfast menu on my last day of stay. They dont even have seperate menu for breakfast and i had breakfast included service. I still didnt get the clear answer nor the refund. โI enjoyed the stay. It was pleasant, the staff was extremely kind, the hostel areas were so clean and people around were cool. Casa Franca is really a nice place to stay and itโs perfect location as well โ

โWe stayed seven nights at this centrally-located Buenos Aries hotel. The room was very comfortable, very clean, with an excellent bed, great shower, and well-stocked with amenities. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, accomodating, and warm. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great five star hotel in Ricoleta, Buenos Aries! โ
โThis hotel has two aspects of traditional and nodern advantages. The room is enough space to stay. It also very clean and comfortable.
When I visit Buenos, I'd like to stay again.
