“Fantastic hotel will be returning next year”

“Personnel aimable.

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was very pleasant. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!”

“Excellent location, beautiful property, and affordable. Would like to come back but management communication tools must be used more effectively. “The hotel is located at suberb area which looks like new town. It took 7 min. from the downtown of Kartagena by my car. Spacious parking places. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and provided precise information for Kartegena tourism. Grocery store, ALDI, was within walking distance. Room was spacious. But bedding was average.”

“check in on line. not informed of it until I arrived. Had to go to office to pay for parking. Instructions in Spanish. Reservation clear I am from Canada. ”

On reviendra. Gracias.”

“It's a nice, clean basic hotel close to the town centre. It's also good value”
