"So, we really lucked out with this hotel. It’s just on the inside of the historic centre. It’s clean, modern, really well done. Almost boutique. It’s not large in terms of rooms but like 1 min away for really good restaurants and craft beer bars. Staff super helpful and friendly. Good English and could understand pidgin Spanish as well. I really don’t want to write this review as soon as other people find it, it’s going to be sold out. If you book, ask for extra shampoo and body soap. They have no issue to give you more. Booking taxis and other stuff they are good at. Bath in bathroom if that matters to you. Tea in lobby, and I mean make your own sachet tea, not a tea bag. So in summary, great a neat hotel. Highly recommend."

"I did not see any information about the room layout when booking. We reserved a private room with its own bathroom, but it turned out to be part of a 3-bedroom apartment. The other 2 rooms shared a bathroom, while all "roommates" shared the kitchenette, dining area, and apartment entrance. As a result, your stay will be only as quiet and peaceful as your "roommates" are. In our case, we were mostly fortunate, except for a few nights when one roommate allowed his guests—who seemed to be gathering elsewhere in the building, likely on the rooftop terrace—to use his bathroom and refrigerator. They were constantly coming in and out of the apartment and were not always quiet. At one point, I had to speak to them and remind them that other people in the apartment were trying to sleep. The other roommate was generally quiet but occasionally spoke loudly on the phone and woke me up a couple of times. There is someone at reception, but not around the clock, so be aware of the reception schedule if you expect assistance during your stay. We essentially had to figure out the neighbourhood on our own. The nearest taxi stand is at the main entrance of Hospital Materno Infantil, which is useful because Uber and similar services can take a while to reach the area. For buses and walking directions, Google Maps is your best friend. A few places that helped redeem the neighborhood for us were Bar El Puche Café (breakfast), La Cacería (excellent churros), Grillera, Ranchito, and La Tapería."

"Hotel was nice and tidy. Priced about right, in my opinion. The breakfast was kind of meh, but adequate. Room was quiet and very nice size. It was in a convenient location, within walking distance of the center, the alcazar, and a half hour bus ride to the convention center."

"We stayed here when we arrived in Malaga in the evening. The location was convenient to the airport with our rental car. The location was not good if we had been planning on spending time in Malaga. "Booked a single occupancy room with double bed. Very nice room, city views. Clean, spacious, large mirrors in the room. Clean bathrooms, good aircon, staff were very friendly and helpful. They can improve on a few things: rooms should have complementary water bottles, thigh the water dispenser was there at the reception, buffet breakfast was fair not excellent, though the staff there was very helpful. Overall I was very happy. Location is good, walkable distance to the old town."
