The staff was particularly helpful, especially Patricia who followed up on every request, i.e. towels for the hot tub more towels (2 women in out group so lots of towels. Super lounge club area and excellent workout room (although I didn't use any of the equipment.) Location is greast for water activities, shopping or dining--could walk to everything in 2-10 minutes."

"Clean and quiet hotel in good location. We had spacious room with king size bed, refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast has many choices and coffee was good. Very friendly and attentive staff member at the reception desk.

"The room we were given was on the 2nd floor of the hotel and there was no elevator. My daughter is disabled. They gave us a room on the first floor, it was very small and when we went into the room it looked like someone had been jumping on the bed. There was no handicapped parking close to the door we needed to use to be close to the room. The beds were rock hard. And the bathroom was not handicap accessible. We paid for 2 nights but left after the first one. Definately worst hotel stay ive had in years when booking on expedia."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and nice. I had a little beep the first night coming from the dishwasher but they took care of it very quickly. They were very nice and helpful. A very clean comfortable hotel."
