โI was in India on a business trip in many small towns, and as a last step before catching the flight - I used this hotel. Very clean, very efficient, and friendly staff. Compared to all hotels I had (even from better chains like Meridien in surat) - this was simply the best even though it was rated two stars. โ
โI can recommend others to stay at this hotel, the staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean but the bathroom fittings were old and a chore to operate. โ
โThis is a great little hotel, the rooms are small, similar to what you would expect in Singapore. The hotel finish is very nice and it is very clean. We only needed a room overnight as we were catching a train in the morning and it is close to the station. We regularly stay in the Fort area and in other hotels of this quality but with larger rooms we pay double the room cost. Staff need some training on how to engage customers better and read customer booking requests.โ
