Everything was perfect! The staff from outside to inside were amazing! I would highly recommend staying at the St Regis. I am travelling by myself and felt totally safe. Amazing room (we were upgraded to the Grand Astor Suite), very courteous and attentive staff. Head Butler Hrithik was fantastic with coordinating our requirements, so the room was perfectly set up on arrival. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of tasty dishes.

An amazing stay. Sweta as pur butler was amazing and ensured we had a great stay and went the extra mile for the kids. Nilesh on concierge was fanstastic as were his team. I've stayed at other great hotels in Mumbai but this has best the best. Breakfast was at times busy but we always went at peak time and its full occupancy. All the staff are incredibly courteous, helpful and polite.

We had such a lovely stay here in Mumbai. It was a Holiday when we arrived and we were able to participate in the festivities. The staff were all wonderful and so were the amenities. We will be back to stay anytime we are in Mumbai.
