“Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well.
We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work.
Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day.
Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed....

“This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Amazing breakfast and dinner were included with our stay. Convenient to main shopping and dining street and bus station. Only issue was lack of AC or even ceiling fans (they did provide a Dyson airblade which sort of helped) for climate control. The balcony slider provided some relief from the heat, but not enough for anyone sleeping in interior room of family suite.”

I was glad I could leave. When this kind of inconvenience is going on, I think facilities need to inform guests before they come. And when I tried to complain, the Hotel was not ready to listen and the front kept yelled at me ‘ the workers speak Italian and we cannot do anything!’ So I decided to leave as soon as possible. It was a painful experience."
