“Key card would not work on the door. No breakfast as advertised. Towels and sheets are grey. Ceiling had leak damage. Smell was awful in the lobby and room. No elevator to the second floor. Staff was good”

“I showed up at the property to check in and there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call I called it numerous times and left messages after 30 min they called me back. And said they're phone was messed up and that they were at the property. I waited another 15 min and no one showed up. I tried calling them again and no answer. I ended up having to book a different hotel”
