“Nice facilities. Small apartment with kitchen and laundry. No parking included, It's either $38+/night or street parking. I paid for one night. I drove a mid-sized SUV, tight fit. No breakfast included. I'm no longer a "big city" person...hostess not very friendly, dry and rushed. Found old blood stains on sofa bed linens. Called front desk to no answer. Went downstairs and waited for over 10 minutes, finally a worker told me to "just use the extra set of linens in the closet". Building is close...

“This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out...

“No internet the full 5 days of stay. Not a reasonable place to stay if you need to work. Blinds broken so unable to see the view that you pay to see. Miami is all about the beauty! Reached out to management several times. They didn't reply. Abnormally long waits for elevators. We had to plan an extra 30-40 minutes to just leave the building. Also once you got on the elevator it stopped at every floor even though it was packed like sardines.”
