“we arrived at 5pm but door was closed and nobody answered the phone. So, we told with guest to contact to host. and the host wanted me to pay again that they didn't check proprely at check out time I was felt bad. I found a lot of ants in bathroom. Anyway they need to improvement about management as professional hospitallity.”

“Right downtown”

“many things, the room manual with places to eat and historical locations to visit. The shower was so nice and LARGE. Nice to be able to turn around and not bump into the control handle, or bend over to wash your toes. The bed was very comfortable. The Air Conditioner actually works. Plus we did not hear any of the other guests during the night, but we know new guests arrived and departed during our stay. Also great location, easy to walk to the City Center, or take a bus to any part of the city....

“This accommodation was lovely and in a great location to walk to most of the main sites. However, the parking was quite a walk and was miserable with the luggage we had. The taxis cannot go up to the location although they can meet you about a block from the apartment. The breakfast was dry packaged items. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and hot water. The balcony was nice for drying clothes and getting fresh air. ”

“We had a lovely stay in this small boutique hotel. Renato was very welcoming and gave us a good introduction to the facilities. The outstanding feature in our 4th floor apartment was the terrace which gave us fantastic views over the city and harbour. It was lovely to sit there with a coffee or glass of wine watching the world ufold. The hotel is also very central with heaps of restaurants and bars all around. The only issue for us was that there were flights of narrow stairs to get up to...
