"Wir sind nun schon seit 7 Tagen unterwegs und in verschiedenen Hotels. Bei keinem wurde unser Hund so liebevoll im Zimmer willkommen geheißen. In dem meisten gab es noch nicht mal eine wasserschüssel zum trinken. Aber hier hat alles gepasst. Auch für das wohl von uns würde sehr geachtet. Vom Chef bis zur Bedienung waren alle liebevollund freundlich. Familienbetrieb wie er sein sollte"

"Not very quiet...could hear guests in other rooms and in the halls. Toilet down the hall. No privacy with shower in corner of room. Cleaning service did not knock, but just tried to open the door 45 minutes before check-out. "

"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "Love this hotel just at the bottom and in between 2 amazing German castles. Clean and comfortable rooms, best breakfast in Europe. Spa is relaxing too. Parking available for a cost. The dinner restaurant is not my favorite tho, too fancy. I prefer more simple or traditional dishes. This is my second stay at this hotel and would def recommend "
