"We only stayed overnight. Didn’t use any of the extra you provided. Looks great though for the families. I’m handicapped so stairs and a lot of outdoor stuff is impossible for me. Stairs to restaurant bar were a challenge but I made due. Not your fault. Beautiful hotel and restaurant"

"The place is great overall, besides the bed. My partner and I both prefer different styles of bed (me softer, him firmer) and we both had trouble sleeping on our bed. Kind of noisy with people going in and out the main door shaking our door as well, but the place did provide fans and we had our noisemaker. The location is beautiful and everything else was good."

"Staff were very kind and helpful. It was nice to have a pantry area with snacks and breakfast items. Would have been even better if milk was available for the cereal. 🙂 They were so accommodating for our dogs-they had two dog beds with food bowls and treats waiting for us! Very nice. The beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable and I could have used a more substantial blanket, but it was okay. Was great to have a microwave, fridge and wet bar in the room. A mirror outside the bathroom would be appreciated. All in all, a nice stay. Thanks!"

"Loved the convenience and close access to the gunflint trail as well as the beautiful spot on the lake. Room was clean and comfortable. Community kitchen was a little inconvenient, but the other guests using it were flexible and friendly."
