We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. "Overall it was comfortable and clean. The location is great. The staff are helpful. The only thing not so good is the walls are thin and can hear the neighbours talking on the phone and children crying. There was also noise from the water pipes when guest from other rooms are taking showers or flushing toilets. "

"We already miss it already! My husband and I's favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel in itself is an experience from the soiree's they have to the fun themed rooms themselves. The food is excellent as well as they are Michelin recommended. Perfect for those looking for a unique spunky hotel that has aesthetics taking you back to the Roaring 20s."

"Our family suite was very comfortable, large and luxurious, built in the new wing of the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Especially Jim, at the front desk gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants all of which turned out to be great. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake, just minutes away from the heart of the old quarter. Highly recommended!!!"
"Been to many five star hotels across the world and can say that the customer service provided here was one of the best, if not the best.
As soon as we entered the hotel, we were welcomed in such a friendly manner. This was also again provided through out our stay.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to any one who is staying at Hanoi. Rooms and breakfast itself was also excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
