"I booked a room to stay here for the weekend because of its great prices. I wish I wouldve paid more and stayed somewhere else. I arrived to the hotel around 2pm aware that check in was at 4pm. Droppes mt bags off, returned at 7 to find out my room was still not ready. I booked a room for 3 people, in return I was given a room with 1 bed until my room was ready at 9pm. Noone came to help take my bags to the new room. I was just left with a bag cart to do it myself. Once I arrived in the correct room, I found blood on the pull out bed sheets. House keeping came to remove the bedding but only to replace it with a mattress cover, no sheets. I had to call again to have housekeeping come make up the bed. Terrible service. "

"Our second time staying at this location we loved it. Jennifer was helpful with nearby restaurant favorites as well as the on sire dining. We hope to return in the summer. "

"The hotel is pretty run down. Our curtain was ripped, the balcony furniture was old and worn out and dirty, the bed skirts were stained. AC didn’t work first day. Overall, the property is aged and worn down. Staff were all super friendly though. "

"This hotel is in a great spot downtown, but be aware parking is $35 a day, so I chose to find street parking nearby instead. There is no elevator at the top floor of parking and you will have to walk alongside where cars are driving up. The cleanliness was excellent, the floor was very clean and I appreciated that so much. Hotel staff were very friendly and informative. The only experience I was disappointed by at this hotel was the food at the restaurant. After spending 8hrs of travel time to make it there, I previously checked the restaurant menu online to avoid having to drive somewhere else for dinner the night of check-in. I saw a pizza on the menu and figured that would be good enough to fill up 2 people. When the server walked towards me with a personal-sized pizza, my sister and I just looked at each other with poker faces. My issue with that was first of all, not only the fact that it was TWENTY DOLLARS, but also the fact that the menu does not list the size of the pizza. Who in their right mind would willingly pay $20 for one personal-sized pizza???? If I had known it was going to be that small, I absolutely would not have ordered it in the first place. I ended up having to order food over DoorDash, because 2 small slices of thin pizza were nothing for 2 hungry adults! Overall, I would stay here again for the convenience and service but I would not eat at the restaurant. "

"This hotel was absolutely breathtaking, upon checking in I had thee best service from the front desk clerks. When walking into our room we noticed the showers had mildew in the corners, and our balcony was not clean. I walked to the front desk and the girls were so helpful and got us into a new room. The new room was bit cleaner but still not what I expected from a 4 star Sheraton. The second room also had mildew around showers, behind the bed where the headboard rest was filthy and filled with dust. Although my stay here was enjoyable and delightful, I think the housekeeping needs to be reviewed. "
