"We loved our stay at the Exchange hotel and found the hospitality of every single person we encountered to be exceptional. It’s the main reason we can’t wait to come back.
Even though our stay was perfect, I had a couple suggestions.
1. It would be nice to have an additional hook in the bathroom for wet towels. There is a rack right above the toilet and there is one hook next to the shower, but it would be nice to have a double hook.
2. Our tablet didn’t seem to turn on during our stay. I’m not sure if the battery just wasn’t charged, but honestly we didn’t use the tv so we didn’t bother to reach out to the front desk. I’m sure they would have been wonderful in helping fix the situation. "
"Our Rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk ladies that checked us in were both nice and accomodating as well as the helpful asian lady in the front desk in the morning. Our family were all happy with this hotel . We will recommend it too to our friends who wants to visit Vancouver in the future . "
"Wonderful hotel stay with a comfortable room. We especially liked the amenities of Boulevard Oyster Bar with the friendliest staff, fastest cocktail-wizard of a bartender, great selection of libations and noshes.
The brunch buffet was sadly lacking for the price.
All in all
Would definitely stay again in this downtown gem."
"Room was spotless, spacious and well designed. We had an easy check-in and check out. Great location and the restaurant attached- Frankie’s Italian had a great drinks and Italian food selection including starters. Would recommend this hotel and would also stay here again! "
