The room was spacious and clean, even the bathroom! We had a room with a big balcony. The breakfast was sufficient. Personal was friendly! We stayed only one night, but I wouldn't mind to stay longer and I would for sure stay here again when I visit this region of Switzerland.

Nice people and modern building. Unfortuantelly was very hot and also with open windows was difficult to stay. The bed have a good mattress but the base of the bed was not flat with e side more loose than the other. One of my worst night in the last years.

Value for money

I had a nice stay here. Being on a budget, I was OK that the hotel is about 15 mins easy bus trip from the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Considering the price compared to the downtown hotels, I found it fantastic value for money.

Easy and nice

Perfcet hotel as a night stage in way from north to south Europe, close to highways with parking, clean and comfortable. Luzern is as well really close by car or train.

Nice hotel. Would recommend. Bus stop emmenbrucke sprengi. One bus line 61 was right across the street and line 2 was down the street. A Coop and an ATM were just down the road. Breakfast was free. AC was included and controls were in the room which is rare in Europe...Only negative were towels were scratchy. Fyi if you're an American, the blue liquid is both body wash and shampoo.

We were given a free pass for the bus. The bus stop was very close to the hotel and we went to Lucerne for the day. We didn’t have to worry about finding parking in Lucerne. Very convenient.

It must have some shady guests before ... there were signs to tell guests not to cook in the room, sign to tell guests about CHF 100 fine for letting the water leaked from under the shower door. BTW, the shower door is leaking if one uses its rain curtain shower head on top. The only way to avoid the water spilling on the door and leaking out of its bottom gap is to use the hand held. So it is an architectural design fault that the management tried to pin on the guests if they, God Forbid, uses the rain curtain shower head and leave a pool of water out of the door that he or she closed properly. Come on - it's rude.

Bon rapport qualités prix et petit truc en plu

Chambre pour 2 personnes de taille correcte pour poser les bagages. La chambre etait propre, a revoir pour le sol de la salle de douche. Bon rapport qualité prix, confort mais chambre un peut brutante et la climatisation tres derangeante, heureusement elle peut etre éteinte. Petit déjeuner buffet inclus très bien. Très bon accueille de la part du personnel. Les pizzas du restaurant sont très bonnes. Petit plus, un pass pour les transports en communs fournis avec la chambre. A 20mn en bus de Lucerne.

No nos dejaron entrar a la habitación, por un pequeño error al seleccionar al menor en la página decía 8 años pero la niña tenía 14 años, se seleccionaron 2 adultos y 1 menor, pero en la edad fue el error. Les pedimos de favor, pagar la diferencia de edad, y groseramente nos dijeron que NO. Después pedimos de favor entrar a la habitación solo una persona para cambiarse, ya que paso por incidente y se mojó, pues no quisieron😡 cuando la habitación ya estaba pagada. La recepcionista hasta nos insultó, nos corrio, y nos amenazo que si no nos íbamos, llamarían a la policía. Cero empatía por parte del personal de equipo del hotel, fue la peor experiencia y humillación de mi vida. Pues el $, pérdida total 😔 Espero que en realidad sirva mi comentario. Gracias por la oportunidad de compartir mi experiencia 😔
