"The hotel runs the extremely loud party just under our room till 2 am. It was impossible to sleep. There was no receptionist at night, and nobody answered provided emergency phone. No apology or compensation from the administration"

"We stayed in two rooms as the first one was at the end of the corridor and you got disturbed by people using the stairs which were right on the other side of the wall.
