"We could not get the shower to do overhead only in room 504. The other flexible shower head was always on. This was not the case in the gym shower, the flexible could be turned off . It was not a problem but its something that needs fixing. The light controls were a bit confusing, some instructions by the light switches would help. Sound proofing was not as good as it should be for a quality hotel, we could hear coughing from the next room during the night. Otherwise the hotel was excellent in cleanliness and organisation."

"Genuinely a well located hotel in Paignton, overlooking the sea front. It's an older property, a little worn around the edges, and the WiFi only works in the reception area, but it's made up for by the friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and comfortable room. There is a lift, which is a rarity for this type of property, so it's a bit more accessible for less abled guests. Would highly recommend!"

"We stayed 3 nights from 8th October. We enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. The hotel is a very old hotel so obviously there are always going to be parts that need updating but overall its a Grand Hotel."
