โEnjoyed our stay at The Lincombe Hotel & Spa, only thing that disappointed us was not told about the parking on site was ยฃ15/ night. The facilities were great ๐๐โ
โGreat place to stay, clean, comfortable room with a decent shower. We had a nice quiet room and the breakfast was delicious.
Good location for Teignmouth and Shaldon โ
โStaff are very helpful and friendly, lots to do for children. Next to the beach and a cliff walk down to Amusements, rides arcade and Restaurant. Parking is in front of Hotel. Room has everything you need. Tea coffee biscuits etc Netflix and sky sports. We enjoyed our week very muchโ
โIt was only a short break but we found the staff very friendly and nothing was to much trouble and the owners Alex and Myles were also very pleasant and also nothing was to much trouble the food was exceptional that the chef prepared would definitely return โ

โThe Passage House Hotel is in such a beautiful location. Lovely scenery and walks. Easy and quick to drive to shops. The hotel is a little tired and dated but that had no impact on our stay. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool was a great hit with grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the Passage House Inn which is right next door. Food and drinks looking over the estuary. We would definitely stay again bโ
โHad a lovely stay for few days and good location to explore local area, especially Steam train with Staverton station walkable distance. Food really good and we were pleased with how well they catered for gluten intolerances. Really friendly staff.โ
