Unfortunately the standard of cleanliness in my room was poor. It showed a lack of attention to detail: marks on the bedroom walls and bathroom door that would easily wipe off, the tap had something stuck on it when I arrived (again, easily removed), the lip of the bath panel clearly hadn't seen a cloth in some time, and the grout on the tiles could do...

“Wonderful one night stay. Huge beautiful room, air conditioning was a bonus in this heat. Loved using the spa facilities and outdoor pool. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Excellent breakfast.”

“Lovely building and really helpful owners / staff . Was really clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good . Only a couple of minor things really , the shower head kept dipping down so was a bit of pain when you were shampooing etc . Bit noisy at night time but obviously the very nice owners can’t help that .”

“Newly built hotel with modern very clean design. Rooms with sea view have a spectacular view. Great location on bus route around Torbay. Breakfast and dinner of good standard. Staff are very efficient, attentive and pleasant. One thing to note is the £15 per day car parking fee.”
