The room was lovely, very clean, well equipped and high quality. The public areas were spacious and clean, the complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely. Great location by the waterfront and close to town centre. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Staff were welcoming and attended to all our needs. Throughout our stay my disabilities were considered and catered for. Thorough emergency planning also. Breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was well stocked, variety of choices for everyone including our dietary requirements. Requests for extra bedding due to disability catered for. Room was clean and well furnished. Enjoyed our stay. Our twin room was an "accessible" room so had wide entrance and a large bathroom, and we loved the space. Staff very helpful and friendly, even when extremely busy with tour groups. Very handy for town and the harbour.

It was a great hotel, ideal location, clean and a great breakfast. A touch disappointed that they couldn't help with a mobile phone charger, most hotels have 200 of these that people have forgotten, just shows a lack of care in the customer.
