"Terrible service . In fact no service at all ! I asked for a fan and was ask to go myself to the warehouse to pick it up. We stay 2 nights and when we arrived at 5.30pm the second day the room has not been done ! In the morning nobody at breakfast to welcome you or ask for your coffee. No towel at the pool 4 star hotel with service of a motel"

"Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette auberge et ce fut un vrai plaisir : le cadre agréable et paisible, la propreté au rdv, un accueil chaleureux. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour notre fille de 3 ans :) Je vous recommande de manger sur place car le chef prépare de très bons plats :) Malgré une arrivée tardive (21h30), nous étions attendus et on a pu dîner. Si vous souhaitez découvrir le Cantal, n’hésitez pas à choisir cette auberge :)"
