"This is a great option if you are looking for a basic no frills hotel in the outskirts of Tokyo. Its location is great with the train station right across the street and lots of great stores in the close vicinity. The rooms are nice and basic but the hotel has minimal amenities. Breakfast is good with many options but very busy and cafeteria style. Word of advice to hotel management - please offer different style pillows as these were the worst pillows we’ve ever sleep on in our life! Aside from that it was a good stay."

"The room with three beds we stayed in was a comfortable size considering its central location in Tokyo. We really liked the amenities, which had just about everything we needed. The kitchenette included an induction cooktop, sink, microwave, kettle and refrigerator, making it easy to heat up a quick meal after a long day of exploring. The in-room washer/dryer combo was a huge bonus - no need to run back and forth to a shared laundry room and wait for available machines. There are convenient stores and tons of restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed the freshly ground coffee they offered each day."

"Very comfortable stay for family vacation. The room is well-kept, with excellent amenities. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. The Airport Limousine bus stops in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for getting in and out of Haneda and Narita Airpots. Double check the hours of operation thought because we arrived at 10pm and there was no more Airport Limousine. There is a train station right next to the hotel, and a local bus that goes to Ginza directly from the hotel. The shopping mall within 5 min walking distance is also a plus. The neighborhood is very quiet, which is a wonderful retreat after a long day of sightseeing."

"We had an excellent stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and very gracious. The room amenities were more than I expected. I loved that they have an easy bag check. We saw there was a 7-11 downstairs and went down late at night for food and bought Ramen bowls to make in the room since there was a kettle. Let me tell you, the 7-11 in Japan is incredible for many food choices The gardens are beautiful but bring bug spray! The staff recommended a close restaurant for Ramen and it was excellent. It's called Noodle Dining Takanawa. Not fancy in any way but very good. Thank you"
